We had been traveling around California on a 30-day drive that went from Los Angeles to Napa Valley. One of our must-see areas was the Monterrey Peninsula. We rolled into Carmel-By-The-Sea and were walking around looking in Real Estate offices and were lucky enough to run into Karen Katz who was on duty at one of the Carmel Realty Company offices.
